I really like the concept and how you visualized it! The black and white sheme fits the theme as well as the ego perspective. The blury look is interesting, too. I love the expression of this photo, you can nearly hear the begging.
Maybe it would be even better if you could clearly see the contures of the fingers, they kind of disappear in the dark here
